Josh Phair is Co-Founder and CEO of The Wyoming Reserve. In addition to his responsibilities with the The Wyoming Reserve, Josh also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Scottsdale Mint, a USA based company focused on the fabrication, contract manufacturing, distribution, and retail sales of precious metals in over 40 countries and spanning 5 continents. An early adopter of digital assets, Josh led the acceptance of cryptocurrencies for precious metals transactions in 2018. Mr. Phair also serves on the Advisory Board of Monarch Wallet and holds a degree in Business Risk Management from Florida State University.

Before joining the Company, he led Risk Management, Sales, and Marketing at Heraeus Precious Metals, LLC, part of a Fortune Global 500 group. His career also includes leadership roles at BullionVault, Apmex, Inc., and founding Trinity International, LLC. An industry expert, he has been featured in top media outlets and served as President of the International Precious Metals Institute.

He previously served as Corporate Controller at 366 Metals Management, overseeing precious metals reclamation, and held key financial roles at Mairec Precious Metals US and BRAWO USA. Mark has managed finances for multimillion-dollar companies across the US, Canada, and Europe, and has established US operations for international firms. He also serves on the board of Egg-in-a-whole Holdings, LLC, a family office. Mark holds a Business Administration degree from the University at Buffalo, with concentrations in Accounting, Finance, and Management.

Brian is a former Major League Baseball pitcher, who played for the New York Mets and Kansas City Royals before moving onto the coaching side as Vice President of Pitcher Development for the Boston Red Sox and Director of Pitching for the San Francisco Giants during some of their most successful seasons. Mr. Bannister holds his FINRA Series 3 license, is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

He founded CrossFirst Bank in 2007, growing it to $4 billion in assets and raising over $350 million in capital. Previously, he served as President and COO of Intrust Bank, where he helped increase assets from $1.2 billion to $3.2 billion. Ron also founded Uncommon Giving, a social impact platform, and remains on its board. He has led the acquisition of over 60 banks throughout his career and is an active board member of Kanakuk Ministries. Ron attended Wichita State University and is a former CPA.
